This week for the Movie Monday feature, I am reviewing the action-adventure film, Free Guy. This movie was released in 2021 and has a running time of 1 hour & 55 minutes. This film is rated PG-13 for the following reasons: moderate violence & gore; moderate profanity; and mild frightening & intense scenes. Starring in this movie are Ryan Reynolds, Jodie Comer, and Taika Waititi. The following overview is provided from the IMDB page: A bank teller discovers that he’s actually an NPC inside a brutal, open world video game.
This is a great film. It is funny and pokes the best fun at video games and the types of players there are. I like the story and the message it has behind the theft of other creative’s work. The cast is amazing and I love Jodie Comer so much. Absolutely love this movie and have repeatedly watched it. I highly recommend it.
