This week for TV Tuesday, I’m reviewing the show, The 2000s. The plot summary is provided from Imdb.com: A TV documentary miniseries chronicling the trends, pop culture, and important events that took place from 2000 to 2009.
Being a teen in the 2000s was so tech-heavy compared to my 90s upbringing. Since tech was quickly changing and advancing, things always felt like they were moving just as quickly. It was nice to step back and look at all those pivotal moments now removed from the chaos of the time. I’ve been able to show my oldest events that changed me and reminded my husband of why certain things have changed. Sometimes, I feel we forget to appreciate how far we have come. This show is a great reminder of that.
I give this show 4 out of 5 stars.
