This week for the Spotcast Sunday feature, I am reviewing the true crime podcast, Murder In…. This show was last updated in September 2021. This podcast has an explicit language warning. There are 28 episodes to listen to at the time of writing. The following overview is provided from the Apple Podcast page: In 2007, Chris Vaughn was arrested during a funeral for his wife and three children. He would be tried and convicted of their murders. To this day he maintains no memory of what occurred that tragic day 20 years ago. Murder in Illinois follows the complicated circumstances that led to Vaughan’s conviction, as well as the forensic evidence his supporters believe proves his innocence – in attempt to answer one question: Who killed the Vaughan family?

I liked the two seasons of this podcast that I listened to. I liked that each season featured a different state/different case. I would love to see where this podcast could go as it has a lot of potential. Feel free to check it out if you consume true crime.
