A California Christmas: City Lights

This week for the Movie Monday feature, I am reviewing the holiday film, A California Christmas: City Lights. This movie was released in 2021 and has a running time of 1 hour & 46 minutes. This film is rated PG-13 without any additional information provided on the rating. Starring in this movie are Lauren Swickard, Josh Swickard, and Ali Afshar. The following overview is provided from the IMDB page: Sequel to “A California Christmas.” Follows Callie and Joseph one year after they fell in love, now running a dairy farm and winery, but their romance is threatened when business and family obligations call Joseph back to the city.

This was an okay sequel. The original film was better. The obstacles and challenges, you could see a mile away. However, I have seen worse holiday films in my life. If you feel like checking it out, give it a whirl.

I give this film 3 out of 5 stars.

Tomorrow for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the holiday series, The Great British Bake Off Holidays. Next week for the Movie Monday feature, I am reviewing the holiday film, Single All the Way. Until then keep consuming the cinema; Nerd out!
