This week for the Missing Person Saturday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Selwyne Anette Richardson. Selwyne is classified as an endangered missing person. She was last seen on November 5th, 2006, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Selwyne was born on September 14th, 1963, and was 43 years old when she went missing. She is described as a black female, 5’5” – 5’6”, 150 lbs, black hair, and brown eyes. Selwyne may be using the name, Tina Pitts. She has scars on her right leg & left thigh, she has tattoos on both arms, and noticeable stretch marks on her body. Selwyne was wearing a gray & black weave with a ponytail at the time of her disappearance.
Foul play is suspected in this case. Selwyne was last seen at her apartment at the Crystal Bay Apartments in Tulsa on November 5th, 2006. It had been the hours of 2 a.m. and 3 a.m., Selwyne had been seen with her ex-boyfriend. Selwyne was reported missing after she failed to pick up her child from her mother’s house. Her apartment was found to be locked and there were no indications of a struggle. Selwyne did not have a vehicle. Her blood was found in her ex-boyfriend’s truck, he maintains his innocence and has not been charged in relation to the case. Her family does not believe that she left of her own accord.
