This week for the Movie Monday feature, I am reviewing the horror film, It: Chapter 2. This movie was released in 2019 and has a running time of 2 hours & 49 minutes. This film is rated R for the following reasons: mild sex & nudity; severe violence & gore; severe profanity; mild alcohol/drugs/smoking; and severe frightening & intense scenes. Starring in this movie are Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy, and Bill Hader. The following overview is provided from the IMDB page: Twenty-seven years after their first encounter with the terrifying Pennywise, the Losers Club have grown up and moved away, until a devasting phone call brings them back.
This film was fantastically frightful. I loved this remake so much. The second part was just as scary and intense as the first part. I enjoyed the adult cast a lot. If you want to experience an amazing horror adaptation, these films are a must-watch.
I give this film 4.5 out of 5 stars.
