This week for the Missing Person Saturday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Jonghyon Won. Jonghyon is classified as a lost/injured missing person. He was last seen on September 17th, 2017, in Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona.
Jonghyon was 45 years old when he went missing. He is described as an Asian male, 5’7”, 121 lbs, with black hair, and brown eyes.
Few details are available in this case. At the time of his disappearance, Jonghyon lived in Los Angeles and had no known plans to go to the Grand Canyon. On September 17th, 2017, his white Toyota Camry was found parked at Moran Park on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon National Park. The vehicle had previously been spotted near the New Hance Trailhead. A search of the area turned up nothing. Jonghyon has not been heard from since.
If you have any information on Jonghyon or his disappearance, please contact the National Park Service by phone at (888) 653-0009.
