This week for the Missing Person Thursday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Javier Rivas. Javier was last seen on July 21st, 2017 in San Francisco, California.
Javier was born on January 5th, 1987, and was 30 years old when he went missing. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’8”, 160 lbs, with black hair, and brown eyes. Javier has tattoos on both arms, his neck, and his right leg. He was last known to be wearing a blue jacket, a white t-shirt, and blue jeans.
Few details are available in this case. Javier was last seen on July 21st in San Francisco. He has not been seen or heard from since.
