Kenneth was born on September 29th, 1945, and was 67 years old when he went missing. He is described as a black male, 5’11”, 170 lbs, with gray balding hair, and brown eyes. Kenneth walks with a noticeable limp and has a scar and indent on his forehead. He also wears dentures. Kenneth was last known to be wearing Navy Dickies pants, a blue-green jacket, and brown shoes.

There are few details available in this case. Kenneth was last seen by his family at a homeless shelter in St. Louis. He has not been in contact with his family since.
