Missing: Eddie James Johnson

This week for the Missing Person Wednesday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Eddie James Johnson. Eddie is classified as an endangered missing person. He was last seen on December 27th, 2012, in Jennings, Missouri.

Eddie was born on October 13th, 1969, and was 43 years old when he went missing. He is described as a black male, 5’1”-5’5”, 125-150 lbs, with black hair (sometimes wears a shoulder-length wig), and brown eyes. Eddie has a scar on his left forearm and a dark spot on his lower left cheek. He was last known to be wearing a green coat, jeans, a hat, a medium-length wig, and a black & white scarf.

There are few details available in this case. Eddie was reported missing two days after he left his mother’s house to go to the liquor store and visit with a friend. Eddie never made it to the friend’s house. Eddie’s mother became increasingly concerned as she and other family members were receiving calls from Eddie’s number saying that he was injured.

If you have any information on Eddie or his disappearance, please contact Detective Thom Taylor of the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office by phone at (314) 889-2341. Please make sure to reference case number 12-76465.

Tomorrow for the Writing Thursday feature, I am presenting a new original scene. Next week for the Missing Person Wednesday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of (NAME). Until then keep sleuthing the cases; Nerd out!
