Latinx Mental Health Podcast

This week for the Spotcast Sunday feature, I am reviewing the health & fitness podcast, Latinx Mental Health Podcast. This show was last updated in August 2021. This podcast has an explicit language warning. There are 19 episodes to listen to at the time of writing. The following overview is provided from the Apple Podcast page: This is the Latinx Mental Health Podcast where we talk to therapists, researchers, artists, activists, and students about their experiences in the intersections of mental health and Latinx identity. In each interview we aim to connect through our voices, our struggles, and our triumphs as we sample a different herbal tea just like abuela used to make.

I love this podcast. There are so many wonderful conversations that are had on this podcast. There are so many great points made throughout the podcast. I think perspective is everything and this podcast is just another perspective to see the world through. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone within the Latinx community as well as those adjacent to it.

I give this podcast 4 out of 5 stars.

Tomorrow for the Movie Monday feature, I am reviewing the comedic sports film, Home Team. Next week for the Spotcast Sunday feature, I am reviewing the society & culture podcast, The Heir Pod. Until then keep listening on; Nerd Out.
