This week for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the food reality TV series, Restaurants on Edge. This show debuted in 2019. It is rated TV-14 with no additional information provided on the rating. There are 2 seasons for a total of 13 episodes. Each episode has a running time of approximately 45 minutes. Starring in this series are Elias, Kevin Bohn, and Nick Liberato. The following overview is provided from the IMDB page: Three food and design experts travel the world to revive failing restaurants by connecting them to the local culture beyond their gorgeous views.
I liked the concept of this show, but I didn’t like the hosts. I felt like they crossed the line in some of their critiques. There is a way to provide constructive feedback without being a jerk. It is one thing to say that an idea is poorly executed, it’s another to just tear down an idea altogether. This is worth watching for the amazing location shots and to hear the passion of the restaurant owners. But if the hosts make you mad like me, watch it on mute.
I give this show 3 out of 5 stars.
Tomorrow for the Missing Person Wednesday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Shannon Nicole McClure. Next week for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the animated action series, Masters of the Universe Revelations. Until then keep binge watching the episodes; Nerd out!
