Missing: Kara Denora Rigdon

This week for the Missing Person Wednesday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Kara Denora Rigdon. Kara is classified as an endangered missing person. She has been missing since July 17th, 2010, and was last seen in Gravel Switch, Kentucky.

Kara was born on February 21st, 1983, and was 27 years old when she went missing. She is described as a white female, 5’4”, 160-165lbd, shoulder-length brown hair, and green eyes. Kara has a scar on her forehead. She has the following tattoos: stars and moon, right side of neck; Harley Davidson symbol, left ring finger; West Coast Choppers cross with the initials “ADT”. Kara was last known to be wearing a white spaghetti strapped shirt with black dots, dark blue jeans, a silver cross necklace with two gold baby rings on it, diamond post earrings, and black heeled sandals.

Kara was last seen on Beechfork Loop Road in Gravel Switch. She last had contact with a family member at 2 am on July 18th. Kara had stated that she was okay and would be home shortly. She had been driving the vehicle of a family member that was found two days later on the Bluegrass Parkway. Kara was scheduled to be at work at 8 am in Elizabethtown but she never showed.
