Premise: Right under their nose.

I was trying to help Eleanor to find a few of the antiques she had inherited from her grandmother. Eleanor had heard some family tales about the items and wanted to see if any of the antique dealers in our new town could tell her anything about the pieces. I was trying my best to divide my attention between her lecture on the location of the items and just wanting to look in every nook and cranny because that’s who I am as a person. Eleanor always claimed to have a formula to the way that she displayed things, but to be real I think she really just liked how each piece looked in each location. I was looking for the ivory binoculars that she swears are in the cabinet with the catamaran and sandcastle. I think they are with the kaleidoscope in her office because that’s where I remember her putting them after selling the electric organ she had. I bartered a deal with her on the reward I would get when I found it, however, we had both been wrong. They had literally been sitting next to the bowl with our keys in them.
