This week for the Missing Person Wednesday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Mark William Allen. Mark is classified as a voluntary missing person. He has been missing since December 6th, 2015, and was last seen in Livermore, California.
Mark was born on September 24th, 1984, and was 32 years old when he went missing. He is described as a white male, 6’4”, 260 lbs, short brown hair, and blue eyes. Mark does have facial hair that is likely ungroomed, and he has a scar at the base of his spine. He was known to be wearing cargo pants and a sweatshirt.
Mark has mental health issues. He is known to wander the streets at night as well as disappear for months at a time. However, he has previously always returned after a couple of months. He could be living within the homeless/transient communities or shelters.
If you have any information on Mark or his disappearance, please contact the Livermore Police Department by phone at (925) 371-4900. Please make sure to reference case number 15007622. You can also contact Cody Salfen of Cody S Investigations by phone at (800) 488-7186 or email: [email protected].
