This week for the Missing Person Wednesday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Cody Henry Turner. Cody is classified as an endangered missing person. He has been missing since July 26th, 2015, and was last seen in Yakima, Washington.
Cody was born on May 2nd, 1991, and was 24 years old when he went missing. He is described as a white male, 5’5”-5’6”, 150-160lbs, short sandy blonde hair, and green eyes. Cody has multiple tattoos, and piercings. He was last known to possibly be wearing blue jeans, black t-shirt with “Metallica” in white letters on it, green jacket, gray Nike or Adidas shoes. He did have his cell phone on him.
Cody had been gone most of the day on July 26th with his dog. However, he returned to the home that he shared with his dad and paternal grandmother, to shower and change his clothes. He eat and grabbed cigarettes before leaving again. He has not been seen or heard from since. His cell phone has been going straight to voicemail since July 28th.
If you have any information on Cody or his disappearance, please contact Detective Drew Shaw of the Yakima Police Department by phone at (509) 575-6791 or by email at [email protected]. Please make sure to reference case number 15Y032247.
