Love is Blind

This week for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the reality dating show, Love is Blind. This show debuted in 2020. It is rated TV-MA for the following reasons: mild sex & nudity, severe profanity, moderate alcohol/drugs/smoking, and mild frightening & intense scenes. There are a total of 11 episodes for 1 season. Each episode has a running time of approximately 55 minutes. This show is hosted by Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey. The following overview is provided from the IMDB page: Singles who want to be loved for who they are, rather than what they look like, have signed up for a less conventional approach to modern dating.

Oooo this show is good and trashy. There were definitely some messy moments on the show. The cringe was definitely there. And of course, there were people who were not what they presented and/or twisting narratives to make themselves come off differently. I need more of this show, like a lot more of this show. I like this concept of a show. I can’t wait to see how they improve upon the first season. I have my favorite people from the show and not all of them are my favorites for good reasons. Highly recommend for people who are looking for a dating show that isn’t part of the bachelor universe.

I give this series 4 out of 5 stars.

Tomorrow for the Missing Person Wednesday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Rachel Lucille Cyriacks. Next week for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the reality competition series, The Great British Baking Show. Until then keep binge-watching the episodes; Nerd out!
