Daughter From Another Mother (OT: Madre Solo hay Dos)

This week for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the comedic drama series, Daughter from Another Mother (Original Title: Madre Solo hay Dos). This show debuted in 2021. It is rated TV-MA with no additional information provided on the rating. There is 1 season for a total of 9 episodes. Each episode has a running time of approximately 37 minutes. Starring in this show are Liz Gallardo, Javier Ponce, and Ludwika Poleta. The following overview is provided from the IMDB page: After finding out their babies were switched at birth, two women develop a plan to adjust to their new lives creating a single and very peculiar family.

I love this show. It is messy and complicated just like real life. I love the cast, they are amazing. I love the story. Just when you think that finally the fallout from the last wave of drama has calmed, another tsunami shows up. I hope that we are getting another season because of the cliffhanger we were left on. This show is funny and witty, heartwarming and heartbreaking. I recommend this show to anyone who enjoys shows with odd family dynamics.

I give this show 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Tomorrow for the Missing Person Wednesday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Thomas Seibold. Next week for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the food documentary show, Salt Fat Acid Heat. Until then keep binge-watching the episodes; Nerd out!
