The Holiday Films That Made Us

This week for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the documentary series, The Holiday Movies That Made Us. This show was released in 2020. It is rated TV-PG with no additional information provided on the rating. There is 1 season for a total of 2 episodes. Each episode has a running time of approximately 45 minutes. The series is narrated by Phe Caplan. The following overview is provided from the IMDB page: Unwrap the real stories behind these iconic Christmas blockbusters, thanks to insider interviews and behind-the-scenes peeks.

I liked this look at some of my favorite holiday movies. This is just as good as the original series it spun off from. I love the stories we hear about making these movies come to life and the impact that had on society. I highly recommend this series. *This series has now been combined with the original on the Netflix streaming platform.

I give this show 4 out of 5 stars.

Tomorrow for the Missing Person Wednesday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Glendon Ray George. Next week for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the documentary series, History 101. Until then keep binge-watching the episodes; Nerd out!
