This week of the Missing Person Saturday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Scott David Kurland. Scott is classified as an endangered missing person. He has been missing since November 27th, 2017, and was last seen in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Scott was born on April 16th, 1972, and was 45 years old when he went missing. He is described as a white male, 5’11”-6’0”, 198 lbs, with brown hair, and brown eyes. Scott has a scar on his left arm. He was last known to be wearing a black jacket, gray sweatpants or pajama pants, and brown Crocs.
Scott was last seen in Wesley Chapel on November 27th. He had arrived home at approximately 1 a.m. and was soaking wet. Scott left the residence again around 1:30 a.m. and has not been heard from since. His vehicle was later found abandoned on Elam Road near Boyette Road. In the days prior to his disappearance, Scott had made statements about talking to angels and deciding to leave the earth for good. His wife fears what he may have done.
If you have any information on Scott or his disappearance, please contact the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office by phone at (800) 706-2488.
