This week for the Movie Monday feature, I am reviewing the comedic romance film, Falling Inn Love. This movie was released in 2019 and has a running time of 1 hour & 38 minutes. This film is rated TV-PG for the following reasons: mild alcohol/drugs/smoking. Starring in this movie are Christina Milian, Adam Demos, and Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman. The following overview is provided from the IMDB page: When city girl Gabriela spontaneously enters a contest and wins a rustic New Zealand inn, she teams up with bighearted contractor Jake Taylor to fix and flip it.
This was a cute movie. There were a couple of characters that I debated throughout the film on who I disliked more. The cast was well done. The townies were my favorite part of this film and I kind of want a sequel that focuses on them. I enjoyed all the wide shots that were outside. Wherever they were filming was super gorgeous and I would love to visit there. If you are looking for a cutesy chick flick this is one to watch.
I give this movie 4 out of 5 stars.
