This week for the Spotcast Sunday feature, I am reviewing the true crime podcast, Crimes of Passion. This podcast debuted in 2019. There were 131 episodes available on Apple Podcasts. The following description is provided from the Apple Podcast page: Every Wednesday, we tell a love story that turns into a crime story. Our subjects might start as lovers, friends, or family, but by the end, there’s a criminal and a victim. Along the way, we analyze the relationship dynamics and psychology that lead to betrayal, theft, and even murder. Crimes of Passion is part of the Parcast Network, and a production of Cutler Media.
This is a great topic-centric true-crime podcast. I like the focus on crimes of passion and the different dynamics they can take on. The format makes this podcast easy to follow and listen to. I appreciate the structure of the storytelling as well. This is a well-done podcast and a must-listen for fans of the true-crime genre.
I give this podcast 4 out of 5 stars.
Tomorrow for the Movie Monday feature, I am reviewing the comedy film, Father of the Year. Next week for the Spotcast Sunday feature, I am reviewing the business podcast, Business Wars. Until then keep listening on; Nerd out!
