This week for the Missing Person Wednesday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Elsha Marie Rivera. Elsha is classified as an endangered missing person. She has been missing since February 1st, 2004, and was last seen in Fort Worth, Texas.
Elsha was born December 16th, 1978, and was 25 years old at the time she went missing. She is described as a Hispanic female, 5’0”, 100lbs, with long wavy brown hair, and brown eyes. Elsha has several scars (back of head, on hand, and lower legs). She may appear younger than she is.
Elsha was last seen on Myrtle Street in Fort Worth on February 1st. She left all of her belongings behind. She may have been a victim of human trafficking. Elsha may have traveled to Oklahoma or Mexico after her disappearance.
