48 Christmas Wishes

This week for the Movie Monday feature, I am reviewing the holiday film, 48 Christmas Wishes. This movie was released in 2017 and had a running time of 1 hour & 24 minutes. This film is rated TV-G and no additional information was provided on the rating. Starring in this movie are Madeline Leon, Liam MacDonald, and Clara Kushnir. The following plot overview is provided from IMDB: For the first time ever, two junior elves have to leave home after losing an entire town’s letters to Santa. While attempting to blend into small town life, they set out to retrieve every missing wish before Christmas Eve.

This movie was cheesy. There was also something about the way this film was shot that I had a hard time watching it. This movie was made for young children. This would be something that I would put on for my youngest while I needed to get stuff done around the house. If you feel like watching it with your child, awesome. If you pass on it, I do not blame you. This is not a film I would recommend to adult viewers. Maybe 7 and under would be the right group to enjoy it.

I give this film 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Tomorrow for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the action-drama series, Wu Assassins. Next week for the Movie Monday feature, I am reviewing the holiday film, A Bad Mom’s Christmas. Until then keep consuming the cinema; Nerd out!
