This week for the Missing Person Saturday feature, I am highlighting the missing person’s case of Frank Alexander Rhoden. Frank is classified as an endangered missing person. He was last seen on November 7th, 2018 in Los Angeles, California. Frank was born on May 4th, 1941, and was 77 years old when he went missing. He is described as an African American male, 5’9”, 120lbs, black hair and brown eyes.
