Better Call Saul

This week for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the crime drama series, Better Call Saul. This show debuted in 2015. It is rated TV-MA for the following reasons: mild sex & nudity, moderate violence & gore, moderate profanity, moderate alcohol/drugs/smoking, and moderately frightening & intense scenes. There are 5 seasons available for a total of 50 episodes. Each episode has a running time of 46 minutes. Starring in this series are Bob Odenkirk, Rhea Seehorn, and Jonathan Banks. The following plot overview is provided from IMDB: The trials and tribulations of criminal lawyer Jimmy McGill in the time before he established his strip-mal law office in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

If you love Breaking Bad, this show is a must-watch. This is everything I could ask for to fill the void that Breaking Bad when I had finished it. I love seeing how a lot of the players came to know each other. I love seeing how Saul Goodman was born. This is such an amazing show with an amazing cast. I cannot recommend Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul enough. This show is everything you could want from a prequel show. I love how each season starts out in black & white to update us on what Saul has been up to since the end of Breaking Bad. I highly recommend checking out this show.

I give this series 5 out of 5 stars.

Tomorrow for the True Crime Wednesday feature, I am recapping the final episode of the Netflix series, Killer Inside: The Mind of Aaron Hernandez. Next week for the TV Tuesday feature, I am reviewing the sci-fi adventure series, Star Trek: Voyager. Until then keep binge-watching the episodes; Nerd out!
