Felonious Florida

This week for the Spotcast Sunday feature, I am reviewing the true crime podcast. Felonious Florida. This podcast debuted in 2018 and comes with an explicit language warning. There are 15 episodes available according to the Apple Podcast page, the podcast also has not been updated since January 22, 2019. The following description is provided from the Apple Podcast page: Beyond the beaches, the theme parks, the palms trees and the warm breezes lies the dark side of the Sunshine State. Wondery and the South Florida Sun Sentinel present a true-crime podcast that bring you stories of some of Florida’s most notorious and stunning crimes. Hosted by EmmaKate Austin, Season 2 will take you through some of the darkest corners we’ve explored yet. New episodes are coming Oct 2. And will be released every Tuesday. Visit FeloniousFlorida.com.

I zipped through this podcast quickly. I enjoyed the format and narration. It would have been nice to see this podcast grow but I understand that there is a ton of work that goes into on, which is not easy to maintain. None of the episodes are longer than an hour, so if you are looking for a quick listen this is for you. Unfortunately, without more content, I am not able to write a more thorough review.

I give this podcast 3 out of 5 stars.

Tomorrow for the Movie Monday feature, I am reviewing the documentary film, The Most Unknown. Next week for the Spotcast Sunday feature, I am reviewing the true-crime podcast, Missing Maura Murray. Until then keep listening on; Nerd out!
