This week for the Missing Person Wednesday feature, I’m highlighting the Doe Network profile of Chelsea Michelle Cobo. Chelsea is listed as an endangered missing person. She was last seen on May 6, 2016, in Brooklyn, New York. Chelsea was born on November 8, 1993, and was 22 years old when she went missing. She is described as a Hispanic female, 5’2”, 150-170lbs, with brown hair with blonde tips, and brown eyes. Chelsea has a tattoo on her left hip that says “she flies with her own wings,” she usually wore a stud in her left nostril, her earlobes and cartilage are also pierced.
When Chelsea disappeared, she was wearing a Yankees jacket that had a blue chest with grey sleeves, a black hoodie, a black blouse, UGG boots (chestnut color), and black-framed glasses, and was carrying a black Coach over-the-shoulder purse. She was last seen leaving the La Floridita restaurant/club in Sunset Park with an unidentified man. Chelsea’s family feels that she may be a trafficking victim. If you have any information on Chelsea or her disappearance, please contact Detective Rino Mitacchione of the New York City Police Department by phone [(212) 694-7781] or by email [[email protected]]. Please make sure to reference case number KNMP3948.
