Wisecracks Radio Hour

This week for the Spotcast Sunday feature, I am reviewing the comedy podcast, Wisecracks Radio Hour. This podcast debuted in June 2017 and has stopped updating as of September 2019. There are 40 episodes available according to Apple Podcasts. The following description is provided from the Apple Podcast page: Join Chuck and Wagoner as they begin their adventure in the past! This pair of scientists were transported through time from the year 2017 to 1947. Forced to pay the bills, they find themselves restoring old radio programs, and we get to listen in as they make Wisecracks over the programs as they try to find their way back to their home in 2017. For fans of Mystery Science Theater 3000.

I grew up watching Mystery Science Theater 3000 with my parents. So, I was super excited to check out this podcast. I really enjoyed the format of this show. The voice actors were good, and each episode was just long enough in my opinion. This is a more niche podcast in my opinion, so I know that there is an audience who will love it out there.

I give this podcast 4 out of 5 stars.

Tomorrow for the Movie Monday feature, I am reviewing the comedic drama film, Wish I Was Here. Next week for the Spotcast Sunday feature, I am reviewing the true crime podcast, Case Closed. Until then keep listening on; Nerd out!
