This week for the Movie Monday feature, I’m reviewing the children’s animated film, The Secret Life of Pets 2. This move was released in 2019 and has a running time of 1 hour & 26 minutes. This film is rated PG for the following reasons: mild violence & gore, mild profanity, and mild frightening/intense scenes. Starring in this movie are Patton Oswalt, Kevin Hart, and Harrison Ford. This movie was okay. I liked the first one better than this one. It was missing something, I’m not sure exactly what. But something was missing that gave the first that little something. It was there for me in this one. However, I don’t think kids will notice the difference, but I think parents well. It’s a cute movie and I like how it built on the first one.
I give this film 3.5 out of 5 stars.
