He was last seen on May 28th, 2019 in Stockton, California. Dennis was born on November 18th, 1990, and was 28 years old at the time he went missing. He is described as an Asian male, 5’9”, 165lbs, black hair and brown eyes. Joseph is of Indian descent.
Dennis was last seen in Stockton, California on May 28th, 2019. He has not been heard from since. He is known to be a transient in the San Francisco Bay Area. He could possibly be homeless in the Berkeley area. If you have any information on Dennis or his disappearance, please contact the Stockton Police Department at (209) 937-7911.
